“Our new Heat Pump was purchased and installed in July of 2009 by Marshall’s. We have been very pleased with it’s performance this past year.
Unfortunately just days before our scheduled first year maintenance servicing we experienced a concern and called your service department. Although it was a Sunday afternoon we were able to speak with a technician. During our conversation our unit returned to normal operating mode and appeared to be running as expected. The service technician indicated he would have the service department call us on the following day, (Monday), to see about having our unit inspected. We were very pleased to have Mr. Tim Leach arrive at our home Monday afternoon and inspect our unit. It was so reassuring to have Tim leave us his business card with instructions to call him directly if we experienced similar concerns in the next few days.
Today, July 15, our first year maintenance servicing was performed and we met Mr. Jeff Allen. Jeff arrived at our home around 5:45 PM after already having a full day. His attitude was wonderful and he did an outstanding and thorough job of checking and testing our unit. He gave us his full attention and didn’t rush or short change our maintenance due to the lateness of the day. He suggested options that might benefit the air flow in our home and with our approval he rewired and programmed our thermostat accordingly. His attitude and work ethic were absolutely outstanding.
Since choosing Marshall’s for our new heat pump system we have been so appreciative of the employees we have come to meet. Each has provided service above and beyond what we expected and we feel they need to be recognized for their professionalism and representation of your company.
