What Does a Marshall’s Maintenance Include?

Marshall’s Preventative Maintenance covers a comprehensive checklist for cleaning, testing, checking and adjusting the core components of your heating/cooling system to ensure the system is operating safely and efficiently to the manufacturer’s specifications.

Annual*

  • 1 Preventative Maintenance Visit
  • 10% Repair Discount for Repairs Accepted at Time of Maintenance Visit
  • Maintenance Reminders

*For specified equipment during 12-month agreement period. Excludes diagnostic service call fees and refrigerant circuit repairs.

Semi-Annual *

  • 2-Preventative Maintenance Visits(e.g. Spring and Fall)
  • 10% Repair Discount
  • Maintenance Reminders
  • 50% Diagnostic Fee Discount
