Air Duct Cleaning

Our Certified Air Duct Cleaning Technicians remove and clean your accessible registers, and clean your supply and return ducts with state of the art duct cleaning equipment that can be operated through your ductwork using a live feed camera.

Sanitizing Ducts

After the ductwork has been cleaned, our technicians can sanitize your air ducts with a highly effective, bacteriostat, fungistat, and deodorizer which inhibits growth of odor-causing microorganisms as well as those associated with mold, mildew and bacterial growth.

Bioesque: Residential, safe for everyday use. No harsh chemicals. Best for environmentally-sensitive homes.

Envirocon: Heavy-duty sanitization and deoderization for occupied spaces. Lowest EPA toxicity and high safety rating.

Oxine: Commercial-grade, smoke and/or rodent damage sanitization and deoderization - requires 2 hours unoccupied to air out after application.

A liability waiver is required if we need to move the dryer equipment to access the indoor dryer vent. Please see an appliance technician for Dryer performance issues.

How Often

Do I Need Duct Cleaning?

Duct Cleaning is recommended every 3-5 years depending on the home environment (pets, kids, smoking, damaged ductwork which creates negative air pressure that pulls outdoor contaminants into the home) or before you install new HVAC equipment or after a house fire, natural disaster, or rodent damage.
