Air Duct Cleaning

Our Certified Air Duct Cleaning Technicians remove and clean your accessible registers, and clean your supply and return ducts with state of the art duct cleaning equipment that can be operated through your ductwork using a live feed camera.

Sanitizing Ducts

After the ductwork has been cleaned, our technicians can sanitize your air ducts with a highly effective, bacteriostat, fungistat, and deodorizer which inhibits growth of odor-causing microorganisms as well as those associated with mold, mildew and bacterial growth.

Bioesque: Residential, safe for everyday use. No harsh chemicals. Best for environmentally-sensitive homes.

Envirocon: Heavy-duty sanitization and deoderization for occupied spaces. Lowest EPA toxicity and high safety rating.

Oxine: Commercial-grade, smoke and/or rodent damage sanitization and deoderization - requires 2 hours unoccupied to air out after application.

Dryer Duct

Removal of lint and debris from hard pipe dryer vents. If the dryer vent is not to safety and building code, we can replace the dryer vent for you. A liability waiver is required if we need to move the dryer equipment to access the indoor dryer vent. Please see an appliance technician for Dryer performance issues.

Duct Repair

Our technicians can perform minor duct work repair / replacement when needed (price for additional labor and materials will be quoted for approval).

What To Expect

During Your Duct Cleaning Visit
  1.  A Technician will conduct a pre-cleaning assessment walk-thru of your home wearing shoe covers
  2. The ducted heating/cooling system is turned OFF for safety
  3. Protective drop cloths and/or corner guards are placed under our vacuum lines
  4. A door or window may need to be open to allow access to our hoses or power cords (pets and children should be monitored or secured)
  5. We open your air supply and return vents and/or create custom access openings in your system to hook up our vacuum equipment and insert our various cleaning tools
  6. Your accessible air ducts will be cleaned and debris vacuumed out
  7. The duct cleaning equipment makes a loud vacuum cleaner sound during operation
  8. A technician will view your ducts as they are cleaned with a remote control camera
  9. If we see anything important (damaged ductwork, water, animals), we will show you
  10. After the ducts have been cleaned, we can sanitize your ductwork with a fog application
  11. Then, we clean off your air vent covers, re-attach them and close or seal the access openings
  12. We return the heating/cooling system to service
  13. Lastly, we pack up our equipment, clean up our work area and place a service sticker on the equipment

How Often

Do I Need Duct Cleaning?

Duct Cleaning is recommended every 3-5 years depending on the home environment (pets, kids, smoking, damaged ductwork which creates negative air pressure that pulls outdoor contaminants into the home) or before you install new HVAC equipment or after a house fire, natural disaster, or rodent damage.
