Before you purchase a system it is important to think about what you want to achieve - style, performance, efficiency, air purity, ventilation, heating, cooling...maybe all of these are important to you. Do you want a system that serves the whole house or just one or more specific rooms?

Some Questions to Consider:

• Do you want to heat and cool one room, the whole living area or the whole house?

• What areas will need individual climate control settings - do you want options for adjusting individual room temperatures?

• Are there any design considerations you want us to bear in mind?

• Does anyone in your family have health issues (e.g. asthma) that could be helped by installing a new system?

Worry Free Installation

Marshalls - Factory Authorized Dealer

Although a HVAC system is one of the simplest home appliances to operate, its installation process requires care and attention. If it is not completed correctly, you cannot experience the full benefits your system offers. At Marshalls we entrust this job to only qualified technicians and specialist installers. Our qualified installers know exactly how to do their job with the least possible disruption to your household, and Marshalls is a Factory Authorized dealer.

We take care of the complete process from start to finish! Some installations require subcontractors, permits, inspections, utility paper work, tax credit paper work, rebate processing and much more. With Marshalls you can sit back and leave it all to us! Find out why so many Lane County residents rely on Marshalls. "What Ever it Takes!"

Ask our experts which product and system will best suit your needs...split system, multi system or a ducted system perhaps? Our in-house HVAC designers can work out the specifications and details for the most efficient, most cost-effective solution for your home.

Marshalls Service Technician

An air conditioning system for your new or existing home is a valuable investment that should provide benefits for many years, and it should be planned with care. A Marshalls design engineer will be happy to help with expert advice. Our sales engineer will visit your home, site, or view your house plans, measure the areas you would like to heat or cool, taking note of the window area, building materials, insulation and aspect to the sun. This information is needed to calculate the heating and cooling loads. From there, we can discuss the different options for your situation, including the optimum positioning of the unit(s) as well as the most appropriate models.

We will provide you with all the information you need to know about how to use and maintain your system and when to call on us for expert technical help. Regular maintenance will maximize the life of your heat pump and keep it operating efficiently. We recommend customers purchase an annual maintenance package which includes two maintenance visits and is always performed by a qualified member of staff.

It is advised that you also clean the filters inside your unit(s) at least twice a year further, or whenever you notice a build-up of dust on the inside grilles of your indoor unit.
