"Our new Heat Pump was purchased and installed in July of 2009 by Marshall's. We have been very pleased with it's performance this past year.
"Unfortunately just days before our scheduled first year maintenance servicing we experienced a concern and called your service department. Although it was a Sunday afternoon we were able to speak with a technician. During our conversation our unit returned to normal operating mode and appeared to be running as expected. The service technician indicated he would have the service department call us on the following day, (Monday), to see about having our unit inspected. We were very pleased to have Mr. Tim Leach arrive at our home Monday afternoon and inspect our unit. It was so reassuring to have Tim leave us his business card wih instructions to call him directly if we experienced similar concerns in the next few days.
"Today, July 15, our first year maintenance servicing was performed and we met Mr. Jeff Allen. Jeff arrived at our home around 5:45 PM after already having a full day. His attitude was wonderful and he did an outstanding and thorough job of checking and testing our unit. He gave us his full attention and didn't rush or short change our maintenance due to the lateness of the day. He suggested options that might benefit the air flow in our home and with our approval he rewired and programmed our thermostat accordingly. His attitude and work ethic were absolutely outstanding.

"I was very pleased and quite impressed with Roger Salas, Artemio Garcia, and Luis Bazan. These three men demonstrated incredible work ethics. They were very polite and mindful of my property, also working very quickly to complete the underfloor according to my timeline, such that I could leave for work on time that day. I do believe that two of these men actually stayed under my house for six hours straight without a break. Roger also identified a minor plumbing leak. He quickly agreed to apply a pipe compound I had on hand, then adamantly refused a tip, insisting that that was not necessary. I think these men accurately reflected the quality service and ethics to which I am sure you aspire.

They arrived on time and worked hard to complete the project within the scheduled date.
"The insulation was blown in the interior walls of the home with our furnishings in the home. Mr. Paulson and Mr. Cisneros wore shoe coverings to prevent getting our carpet dirty, were careful not to damage our home furnishings and vacuumed prior to leaving.
